From Planning to Installation
Understanding the Space
Our process starts once you send us all the available information about the property, including the floor plan and photos of the space. If the floor plan does not include measurements, we’ll schedule a visit to the property to take measurements and better understand the space. This step allows us to evaluate the layout, lighting, and overall flow so we can plan the staging properly.
Design & Concept Development
After reviewing the space, we move into the creative phase. We select the furniture, décor, and overall aesthetic, and create a mood board that defines the look and feel of the staging. Once everything is aligned, we send you a detailed proposal outlining the concept, scope, and pricing. After your approval, we share the agreement along with the first invoice to officially secure the project.
Installation and Final Setup
On the installation date, the remaining balance is due and we proceed with the furniture setup. Furniture rental is billed monthly, offering flexibility based on how long the property remains staged. Once completed, we deliver professional photos and a POV walkthrough video to help showcase the property and attract buyers. Our goal is to keep the process smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.
